Partnering comes in many different ways
The For Their Thoughts Foundation (FTTF) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization serving as a conduit for empathy, awareness, education, and collaboration between the dementia community and those who wish to support them.
Utilizing already scheduled health fairs, caregiver expos, and local events is an effective means to educate more individuals. In 2024 we trained over 300 individuals but were forced to decline 5 opportunities to train 100s more due to lack of funding. Let’s not let this happen again!
Many high school students have a parent or grandparent with dementia but lack coping tools. These students represent our future healthcare workforce, so we must equip them with empathy and knowledge for success.
We have witnessed the incredible impact financial relief and personalized care navigation has on dementia caregivers just trying to get through the day.

In addition to financial contributions, we welcome in-kind donations, such as caregiving supplies, educational materials, event spaces, and services that support our programs. We are also open to exploring unique ways your organization can contribute.
Yes, we work closely with our partners to create customized partnerships that align with your organization’s goals and values. Whether it’s supporting a specific program, engaging your employees, or raising awareness, we’re open to innovative and collaborative ideas.
We track the effectiveness of our programs through participant feedback, caregiver satisfaction surveys, and metrics such as the number of caregivers served and the hours of relief provided. We share these outcomes with our partners through regular updates and reports.
Your partnership will have a direct impact on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with dementia and their caregivers. Together, we will be able to provide experiential learning opportunities to educate communities, offer crucial caregiver support services, and develop innovative programs for dementia care.
Yes, as a registered nonprofit organization, donations and financial contributions to support our programs and initiatives are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We provide all necessary documentation for tax purposes.
Depending on the level of partnership, your organization may be recognized on our website, in promotional materials, at events, and in our annual reports. We also offer co-branded opportunities, social media recognition, and public acknowledgments to highlight our collaborations.
To explore partnership opportunities, you can fill out our online partnership inquiry form or contact our partnership team directly. We will schedule an introductory meeting to discuss potential collaborations and tailor a partnership plan that aligns with your goals.
Organizations can support our caregiver relief efforts by sponsoring our one-time relief grants for live-in caregiver programs, support staffing providing one-one free care navigation, offering your expertise for caregiver connect calls, and donating resources that help reduce the burden on caregivers.
Our experiential learning programs use immersive simulations and hands-on activities to help participants gain an inside out perspective and deeper understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with dementia. These programs are designed to raise awareness, foster empathy, and improve caregiver skills. Partners can support or host these programs within their communities or organizations.
We offer several ways to partner with us, including educational workshops sponsorships (i.e. first responder training, high school student training, caregivers and their families), intern sponsor programs, employee volunteer programs, joint awareness campaigns, and funding opportunities for our caregiver relief programs.
Partners gain access to valuable resources such as our dementia experiential learning programs, training for staff and caregivers, and opportunities to positively impact the community. Additionally, your organization will be associated with a cause that supports families and caregivers of those living with FTD and dementia, enhancing your corporate social responsibility profile.
We collaborate with a variety of organizations, including healthcare providers, senior living communities, businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and educational institutions. Our goal is to form partnerships that align with our mission and core values to provide person centered, dementia education, experiential learning, and caregiver support. We believe wholehearted curiosity, community action and collaboration is what will lift the dementia stigma and improve the lives of all impacted.
