For Their Thoughts Podcast" is dedicated to building a supporting community for those impacted by dementia; demystifying the complexities of dementia and advocating for the brain health of our loved ones and ourselves.

The Move For Their Thoughts Challenge is a 35-day “move-a-thon” where participants commit to moving 1 mile a day—or 20 minutes of any activity—to raise awareness and support for dementia caregivers. Walk, run, bike, dance, or stretch—every move counts!
