Put your Miles in Motion

100% of proceeds go to our programs: Bringing financial relief and support to dementia caregivers and elevate dementia health literacy in our country. MoveFTT fights to lift the stigma and reach families that need a lifeline.

MoveFTT is made possible by  these generous sponsors. Please support those who support the dementia community!

You'll be making a difference on the move!

Compete against other individuals and teams to see who can most consistently move everyday for their own health.

Regular exercise can significantly reduce the risk of developing dementia by about 30 percent! Your participation will not only transform the lives of those going through one of the hardest challenges in their life; it can improve your health too. Every mover makes a difference and we'd love to have you on our team.

Dementia affect us all

Dementia describes a group of symptoms affecting memory, cognitive skills (ex: reading, talking, thinking), social abilities and physical skills severely enough to interfere with daily life. It is disease driven and not a natural part of aging. Dementia diseases are the 3rd leading cause of death in the US. That's why we need your help to raise awareness and move for a difference!
